RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not fully satisfied, simply call or email us with your return or exchange request to receive a return authorization ("RA") number and return information.
Please return your unused items, in its original condition, with original tags intact, within 30 days of receipt to the address below.
Refunds will be less shipping and handling charges, and will be credited back to the card used to make your original purchase.
Please allow 2-3 weeks after you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.

To ensure speedy processing, please include your RA number on the shipping label.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for orders returned without RA numbers.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to SG Sales (Texas Warehouse). We are not be responsible for any returns or merchandise not received by our returns department.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available when we process your return.In these cases, we are happy to issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in our sole discretion.
